Skype is pissing me off. Not really Skype, but the entire usability structure of the Internet. Technology is never really simple to use -- it's suppose to make things simpler, right?

Great news – we've only moved in 2 days and already we have our first brunch guest!  We ran into Lloyd on the streets of Hanoi today.

There is a little girl practicing her violin nearby.  The notes waft out into the alleyway from above.  I think it's Mozart's Concerto in G major.

One thing about traveling is that people open up on the road.  More so, I think Eastern cultures besides the US/Europe are more opened spiritual discussions – spirituality is more ingrained in a person's daily life.

That's it. I've officially crossed over from hairy-funk smelly - 'I'm finding my way in the world' - nose in a Lonely Planet - backpacker status and into the wooly unknown world of expatriates.

Our landlords.. our host family is really laying on the hospitality towards us.
