In like a Lion..

It was 75 degrees two days ago, and now there's a snowstorm. Crazy!  I don't mind. I love snowstorms – probably cause I don't have to trudge to work. Tomorrow if it holds I'll hopefully have a chance to snap some photos.  Some of my favorite things about blizzards?

• Walking through an empty park blanketed by virgin powder.
• All the winter dogs get to cool down under their fur coats! German shepherds, huskies, chows.. they're totally enjoying themselves, tongues wagging.. some even have little booties!
• Flakes through window panes.  Fresh flakes floating under a streetlamp.
• Hot chocolate inside a cafe.
• Couples leaning on each other as they walk home.
• Kids sledding down ivory hills.  Snowfights.
• Scarves and mittens and (even though they mess my hair) hats.

C'mon blizzard man – keep it coming!
