Loosed Dude

Woohoo -- I come home to Texas and guess what is the big news on TV?  A serial rapist of young men is on the loose in Houston.

Makes me wish I was still on the road.  Third world countries are so much safer.

Interesting stat: 1 in 33 men in the States are subjects of rape or attempted rape (compared to 1 in 6 women).  I never knew the figures were so high.

I wonder what the stat is for worldwide repressed people.  Maybe something like "1 in 3 person in the world has to practice self-restraint (hmm... every 5 minutes?) brought on by millenniums of societal restrictions and rule of law to repress the urge to jump the object of their lust."

When I hear stuff like this, I think that we're just all animals with a highly trained sense of self-preservation.  I mean, if everyone went around boinking everyone else (by force), society would be in chaos and the species wouldn't be able to survive as well, would they?
