It's been a tough week for the Bushies. 1. The 2,000 mark for death toll in Iraq was crossed this week.  While some may gloat, this is a sad sad unecessary number. Iraq had nothing to do with our national security, nothing to do with 9/11

So they're passing off propaganda as news? And paying their cronies to come onto talk shows and news segments praising their programs and misleading the public into thinking that this it was an unbiased viewpoint?

Guess she's not making the flight out to New York today, and I'm hoping that Rita is gonna turn northeast due to the high pressure sitting up north. Seems like she's going to try and get to the airport anyways and sleep overnight.

I'm deathly worried for Candice and Mom and Dad in Houston.  The eye is expected to make landfall some time late this week, and reports are showing that the Category 4 is going to get only stronger as it churns through the Gulf.
