Since I am on a music kick (and am building back my collection one song at a time) -- Imma give a shout out to The National. Love love love their work on "Alligator", especially a track called Geese of Beverly Road. And! They're coming to NYC at the end of May. I'm super excited to get tickets for this show. Hopefully they don't blow up and get mainstream cause I wanna keep them to myself and well, all the smaller shows have a better vibe anyways. Vs The Format that makes me wanna jump on my bed, TN is gonna be an after-drink band where I lie in the dark and stare at the nothings floating around the ceiling. Superb.
