When in doubt

I saw this poster near my neighborhood.  It's a UN posting against the avian flu.  Basically, when in doubt, just boil the hell out of your poultry.

Seems like the Vietnamese is not taking this soon-to-be epidemic that seriously.  Chickens still squawk in the marketplace, and plenty of sidewalk eateries have chicken in their pots.
