Anyone catch Apple's new online ads? They're pretty clever, creating connection between the North banner (ad unit on top of the page) and the LREC (the rectangle on the side). The Mac and PC guys are back, this time making fun of Vista's apparent inability to light up the North banner...

And.. check out Flickr's new Places product. Search for photos based on geotagged location.. there are a lot of cool stuff, but the thing I like most is that you can search for tags in different places and compare how different cultures and geographies feel about the same idea. Search for 'beauty' in Thailand and you'll see a very different concept than 'beauty' in Iran, or Switzerland, or Mexico...
