I know that there's a delicate balance for a newbie in figuring things out for yourself and asking the right questions so you're not the pig in the pipe – i.e. the bottleneck that reinvents the wheel.

So take that and add in a bunch of corporate systems that needs learning, and acronyms – my goodness people love acronyms around here – and processes and all the other junk and I'm pretty much working straight through the day.
