Turkey for the next month

I'll try to get the blog up to speed on what's been going on so far – the Istanbul neighborhoods, getting robbed (although I'm in great spirits), Yuppie Nomad's return on the trip after the sojourn back to the States, and our escapades across the mustard and indigo coasts...

I've recently been writing more in my moleskin vs Typepad – and I think it's a good thing. Writing longhand helps me to slow down the thought process and actually make some sense of the ext. reality. It's also because Turkish keyboards are really frustrating to use, with all the extra letters and different keys..

I'll try to get the blog up to speed on what's been going on so far – the Istanbul neighborhoods, getting robbed (although I'm in great spirits), Yuppie Nomad's return on the trip after the sojourn back to the States, and our escapades across the mustard and indigo coasts, heading south towards the ruins of classical antiquity (Troy, Peragamon, Ephesus, etc.) and eventually out to the rural east (Olympos, Cappadocia, etc.).

Until then:

Yeah I did! He mentioned you and Kathy – still the same Cem, real happy, I think. Hopefully I'll hang with him again when I'm back in Istanbul.
